1 Eligibility Criteria

We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes a program might not be the right fit. Our refund eligibility is based on several factors that ensure fairness for all participants.

Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a complete refund if you cancel within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the program content. This cooling-off period gives you time to evaluate if our approach matches your learning goals.

Partial Refund Scenarios

If you've engaged with more content but need to withdraw due to personal circumstances, we calculate partial refunds based on unused modules and remaining program duration. Each case gets individual attention because we know every situation is different.

Important Limitation

Refunds are not available once you've completed more than 60% of your enrolled program or after 90 days from enrollment, whichever comes first. This policy helps us maintain program integrity while supporting students who genuinely need assistance.
